Onsite support is one of the most important things our company can provide for you.
We can come to you, onsite to your premises, wherever you are and give you face to face support. Even if you used our Remote Rescue first, onsite support may be required if problems cannot be solved, or you dont have a working internet connection.
You can either log a Remote Rescue job via the phone on 1300 NETCONN or by logging into the client section on the website and filling in a job form.
