Remote Rescue is one of our newer, most innovative services.
This is where we can either diagnose and fix issues anywhere around the world using our Netconn Rescue remote software. With your permission, we can access your machine, take control of it and get vital information from it to help diagnose what is wrong.
If we cant determine this remotely, you have no working internet connection or you simply want a human face to deal with it, we can give you Onsite Support, where one of our technicians will help you face to face.
You can either log a Remote Rescue job via the phone on 1300 NETCONN or by logging into the client section on the website and filling in a job form.
